Got myself the 'Classic Car Care Kit' (soft wash gel, cleaner wax, wash sponge, applicator pad & microfiber cloth), seems to be a good starter kit. Unfortunately the shop didn't stock ScratchX, but I found a list of retailers, who stock the stuff. I'll just phone around.

I'm still a student and currently don't have a job and don't really have time for one either, so paying to have it done is out of the question, esp. since everything car related is very expensive here. And in any case I've got too many blistered patches from bird crap. Maybee i'll have some cash in a year or two to have it resprayed, but untill then...

And I washed(soft wash gel) and polished (cleaner wax) the car this evening. Looks much better, but i'll have another look in the morning.
