I don't see how a new map and exhaust would push the turbos past their "limit". You would have to actually increase the boost to push the turbos any harder. I don't know how much (if at all) a new map would increase the boost, it would probably just make for better airflow. I know the exhaust upgrade will not push the turbos any harder, it will just let them spool faster.
