As the title states.. I’m parting an 89 535i red on black. A bunch people have shown interest in other threads about the interior so they have first dibs, but that doesn't mean it will go through; if you want it, speak up.
The chassis has 121k or 123k. It’s been a while since I looked at the ODO, but it’s in the lower 120's... According to the previous owner the engine has 76k miles, and it was replaced by the owner before him. The car is completely functional right now except for a fuel pump. I swapped the fuel pump out of one of my other cars and it ran excellent. Virtually started right up, idled very smooth, and had great smooth power through all the RPM's. If you are interesting in the engine please PM me about it as I wouldn't mind keeping it for a project down the road, but I will take offers. PM me for videos of the car running and driving..
Story on the car from the guy I picked it up from. Bought in 99 out of TN, drove it for a few months then wanted to repaint it. Starting stripping it down and ended up getting a divorce and the car has sat since then.

If you want something post what it is, I will check to see the condition post pics if I can and give you a price. I would prefer a cashiers check because I don't want to hit my 500 limit with paypal..
The main reason I bought the car was beacause I wanted the heated seats from it. I pulled those out and was going to keep the very clean vinyl seats I had in one of my cars, but I would consider selling them to anyone who buys the interior stuff.
Heres some pics of the car, I havent taken very many yet and would right now but its dark.Nothing has been cleaned and if you buy something I will clean it before I ship it.
Except for those center sections of the door panels the interior is in really good shape. Looks like someone thought it would be cool to put perferaded vinyl in the center sections and they did a crappy job. Other than that and fixing the little tear in the drivers one, they are really clean.
