www.atpturbo.com is also in development of several kits for E36 3 series and E46 as well.
The kit will utilize a GT30R and GT35R turbocharger(s) with upgrades available as well.
Kit is claimed to produce the same kind of numbers technique tuning has been accomplishing with their kits.
A list of exhaust manifolds, cast and equal length would also be a nice addition but maybe as a separete post?
