My shopping list (and I am a picky SOB and have given this a lot of thought) would be: a PERFECT chassis, with full maintenance records, like new interior and under 70k miles on the chassis. A rebuilt engine with OEM internals to turn it into a USDM rebuild of the 2.5L motor - under 20k miles on the engine rebuild. the e30 steering rack replaced with an e36 steering rack. Suspension upgrades with a street and track setup in mind and the EVOIII body work to complete the package.
Now good luck finding someone with that setup willing to part with it.
