FLip on Pioneer on top. There isn't alot of room behind the Climate control and the OBC (forsure behind this) due to all the vent piping behind them. You can put a fixed LCD in where the OBC and the pocket is on the lower part. I've seen quite a few of these. The OBC wires were lengthen and relocated under the center arm rest or in the glove box. I would say under the arm rest would be a much easier spot since I use the OBC quite a bit when traveling long distances. I'd probably just use the Navi to do all of those calculations when I got one.
