| Well, to be totaly honest with you, I bought my 02' X5 4.4 sport for $37,000 in FEB 05 at Flemmington BMW in NJ. Keep in mind this was a CPO and had almost every available option with only 25K miles. I think you will be hard pressed to find a reliable X5 with ok mileage, for the price you want to spend. That said, for less than $25k I would say that a B5 S4 would be a good buy.
