| I posted gauge pressure (like if you were reading your boost gauge), for absolute just add the current baro pressure.
Sounds like your throttle is stuck open a tad, or your actually trying to create boost at idle (stuck or broken bypass valve on the supercharger? I'm not familiar with what supercharger they use, a pic and I can point out whatr to look for.), or large vacuum leak post-throttle.
