OK, I used to work for MINI, I have seen cars that came in with 19% pulleys. They didn't live long. Either the motor would blow up or the supercharger would. The biggest problem is that the 19% pulley spins the supercharger too fast, it wasn't designed to be spun so quickly and it usually goes first. If it doesn't then you end up with a blown engine
