I am pretty set on getting the Ground Control coil-overs in the very near future, and I am trying to figure out the best spring ratios for my car. I do a good amount of auto-x already and I'm trying to get to a few track events next year, so even though its a street car I want some thing on the stiffer side. I was thinking like 450-500 front, 525-600 rear. I also tried to find the spring ratios on some of the common spring kits like the H&R sport springs just for a comparison, but I wasn't having any luck. So if you know what they are let me know, and I am also interested to hear from some of the more experianced track guys on your own setups. Any information is appreciated.
