| ghetto halos
just got some ccfl halos from ebay and when i turn them on they strobe instead of stay on. they dont seem to be getting enough power since when i put my hazards on they get a whole lot brighter and dont strobe. i got all the electrical attachments right (i think), but otherwise has anyone else heard about this or know what to do about it? |
