| kind of the same thing happend to me, but it screwed with my ECU so that the transmission didnt work... i was stuck in fourth gear, i got a ride and let it sit for a couple hours, and it worked fine after that... but you say you have let it sit for 3 days?... could be more of a major problem, have you tried to get a bigger jump from a bigger battery?
fortunately, if you got water in your intake, since your car didnt start, there probably isnt any way the water could get farther than the MAF.
The ecu i guess has a big problem with that, if possible, get it towed and get one of those free diagnostic tests, maybe someone there can tap the starter with a wrench while they're trying to start it. try it all...
