Worse yet is when you do friends a favor by taking pictures for them to use for their website, and then you get no credit, despite being told repeatedly that you would.
edit: I know I am guilty of using other peoples pictures without giving credit (not for profit or advertising purposes, though), mainly because I dont know who to give credit to.
It's hard to remember who took what pictures that you randomly right-click-saved-as years ago.
