What year is this Integra? Could be loose suspension, worn bushings etc. that make a small vibration more noticable.
OR
You said daily driver right? Do you drive like this every day?

I have to break from highway speeds 80+ to exit ramp speeds 35, that's when I get a little shakeing in the steering wheel

Could be you are just warping the rotors by braking hard and holding the pads to the rotor at the end of the ramp stoplight. Or elsewhere for that matter.
Could be material transfer on the rotors too. If you jam the shit out of your brakes to a light and stop but don't let off the brakes the pad can melt a little onto the rotor.
My suggestion
Take the rotors off, get them resurfaced at autozone or a local place for $10-20 each (Rotors on some cars CAN be cut guys!

).
Take 100 grit sandpaper and sand the surface off the pads on a flat surface then clean them with brake cleaner.'
Put it all back together and do a proper seating. 6-8 stops from 30 to zero and then let the car sit for a half hour or so.
OR
Upgrade your brakes or driving skills, or both.
Should work
