I do have a good roll bar available for the E36. It's a TC Kline roll bar. I swapped it out for an HMS roll bar becuse I can move the seat further back with the HMS model. BTW- I understand a good rollbar not only protects the car in a roll over which we all hope we never find out about, but it also stiffens the chassis quite a bit. That was another reason I wanted one in my car.
I do drive my car on the street a bit. Boyracers get excited when the see an M3 with a roll bar. A big draw back in my opinion.
