Spring Rates

Yay, first post on here. I'd just like to introduce myself a bit and get some advice.

I'm from Texas and have possessed a 2000 Z3 "2.3" since 2001. It's at just under 79,000 miles; 69,000 of which were logged by me. Anyway its suspension is in need of some freshening up. I intend to order TC Kline True Match Coilovers Monday with spring rates of 450/400 (front/rear) and a set of the TCK Camber/Caster plates. These spring rates are what Pete Stackhouse from TCK recommended so does anyone see a problem with these rates for daily driving and frequent time trials? Would it be wise to go a bit heavier?

He said another option would be 500 rear with no sway bar but I'm not sure if I like the sound of that. One thing I would like to do is eliminate some of the oversteer but he didn't seem to big on the idea of doing this with stiffer front springs. Admitedly tuning in understeer with the adjustable settings is the way to go but I'm more or less just looking for some feedback at the moment.

Lastly while the car is pushed hard often it's still my daily driver. Does anyone have anything bad to say about using the monoball rear uppershock mounts over the standard ones in the TCK kit?

Thanks for any help in advance. Hopefully I'll enjoy my stay around here.
