| It kinda all depends what your looking for. The 1995 m3 would be my choice because of the tunability of the car. yes you can tune the 96 but its obdII and you do not get as much power out of the basic mods such as exhaust, track pipe etc... It all depends on mileage, condition of the vehicle etc... But if the 96 and 95 were similar in condition and mileage, I would take the 95 all day long..
