Definately worth considering. I think the balance in the MINI is great and would have an effect, especially since it gets to see Ring time.

I know just from my 2 MINIs and running DonDons for a few hundred miles before and after the HRs, passengers, cargo, etc make a difference that you can feel when you push.

I had suspension setup issues in both my Cooper and my Cooper S, just took some tweaking to get it right. I would gather that after Adjustable Coilovers settle a bit that you could definately benefit from proper cornerweighting, etc. especially with the adjustability of V2s or V3s.
