| Hey man, i had a similar situation. I got pulled over with a bunch of my buddies in the car. The said we were going 72 on a 55, well they took us out of the car and sat us down in the curve. Next thing you know they ripped the panel out of the driver and passenger side of the Explorer i was in. They fucked up the car pretty much...went to court, and it got thrown out because they had no probable cause. My advise, go to court, represent yourself, and bring up the point that there was no probable. Or hope he/she dont show up.
