| maybe you don't know enough about the interchanability between parts of the two... you have to reroute oil passages to get a s14 to bolt to a m10... and for the price of a known good s14 head you can almost get the block with it... and turbo'ing the engine wouldn't be any different than taking a s14 and putting in low compression pistons and turboing that... and the s14 has extra displacement... some people will use the s14 head on a m10 block only to get past "stock block" rules in drag and road racing....
