| good friend of mine owns a 92 talon with maybe 1500$ in it and runs 12 seconds easy.
btw, 95+ dsm turbos are governed at 135mph. so a speedo reading 140mph wouldn't be uncommon as speedos tend to read incorrectly at higher speeds. he could have been pushing the limit and seeing 140 on the guages.
