Front door trim: This is the easiest piece to replace, just roll down the front window and then use a flat head screw driver and just push the edge of the piece upward (side of door). Then pull it off; it is just clipped on. Installation is pretty much self explanatory.( should take 5 minutes at most)

Window trim: This piece is screwed on with about 15 screws. You will have to first remove the rear quarter window. To do this you first open the window all the way. Then, using a flathead screwdriver, pop off the cone shaped cap in the back (the thing that opens and closes the window) once the cap is removed you can just push the rod that holds it in place. Next you have to unscrew the window. Pull off the plastic trim on the inside where the seat belt is located. Start at the ceiling and just pull, it will come off with some force but not completely. You can bend it back enough where it doesn't need to be completely removed. Behind it will be two grommets; remove these and use a 10mm deep socket to remove two nuts. Have a friend hold the window for you or else it will probably fall off! Once the window is removed you can start to unscrew the window trim.

Start with the front, just remove or pull out of the way the rubber seal around the door. It just pulls off and squishes back in. once all the screws are removed, have your friend help you hold one side and just pull it off. For installation; have your friend help you hold it so it doesn’t scratch the paint. When you put the quarter window back, make sure it is lined up correctly. to put the plastic seat belt cover back, be sure to align the adjuster button with the seat belt. Then you have to push pretty hard to get the cover back on, make sure the two metal clips on top are aligned. (you'll see when it's removed)

Rear quarter window trim. This piece is just stuck on. There is one plastic screw thingy on the doorsill (you can't miss it) just pop and pull it off using a flathead and pliers. Then just pull the whole piece of trim off. For installation, install this piece before you put the window trim on. Its just a sticker sort of like the m3 rear wing install.

Some tips:
When removing the bottom of the rear window trim, heat it ALOT using a hairdryer, and slowly, working the hairdryer right where you are peeling, slowly pull it off; its held on using doube-sided tape. Failure to do so will result in the piece breaking, and makes removal very very difficult. Patience is a must here.

When replacing the seals, note BEFORE YOU TAKE THE OLD ONES OFF, exactly how the rubber in areas overlaps, perhaps do one side and use the other as a reference point.

When replacing the seals on the door and window, make a 4:1 water to favorite car wash soap solution, and wet the metal a little where the seals attach, this gives a little temporary lubrication, and allows you to get them back just right.
